"I could and would never recommend this agency nor State Farm. Everything was great for my family member until a claim happened - as a licensed insurance agent I stepped in to assist her with getting things settled. Phone calls go unanswered - emails unreturned - false information shared - no sense of urgency and lack of concern for their clients. They do not honor their fiduciary responsibility in the slightest - as of this review I am currently fighting with them to get a simple document that should be available within 24 hours - we have been asking for this document several times for almost two weeks. Stay far away from State Farm & Michael Church"

"Update: When I cancelled my policy on 2/28 the gentleman I spoke with said I should be getting almost a full refund since I just paid the new policy premium on 2/21. I received a check in the mail a few weeks later for $56.66. For 7 days of coverage they charged me over $330. I have now called 3 different times and gotten 3 different responses. The guy I talked to today said it’s because the billing date and effective date for the policy are not the same. This is a complete lie because I still have my new proof of insurance from February with the effective date being 2/21. State Farm will steal your money and then try every which way to justify it. Loyalty means nothing, after being a customer for almost 18 years this is how you are treated. I removed a vehicle from my policy due to not having the vehicle anymore, at this time I also added my teenage son to the policy. Now I understand that this will increase my rate, but was absolutely flabbergasted to find out that after removing the vehicle how much I was now paying. Before I was paying just under $230 for 2 vehicles and a life insurance policy. After removing the second vehicle (which was about $50-$60) and adding my son I am now paying $388!!! Absolutely ridiculous!"
